Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of truthsandalie.fun (“the site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Free to use

The games, ideas and puzzles are free for personal, family, classroom and workplace use, including on a shared screen or a video call. You don’t need an account.

2. Our content

The ideas, example rounds, puzzles, text, design, code and the Fib character are owned by us or used with permission. You may copy individual ideas to use in your own games, and teachers and facilitators may print or project them for their groups. Please do not republish large parts of the site (for example, whole idea lists or the puzzle bank) on another website or in a product without written permission.

3. What you write

Statements you type into Party Mode or the Lie Lab stay on your device. If you create a challenge link, you are responsible for what it contains. Do not use challenge links to share anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit, or private information about other people.

4. Play kindly

Two Truths and a Lie is a game about sharing and guessing. Please keep statements about yourself, avoid anything that could embarrass or hurt other people, and let anyone pass who does not want to share.

5. Facts and accuracy

We check the Truth or Lie puzzles carefully and link to sources, but mistakes can happen. The site is for entertainment and general learning, not professional advice. Tell us about an error at hello@truthsandalie.fun and we will fix it.

6. Advertising

The site may show ads in the future. They will never appear inside game screens.

7. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it working and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
